Not only the quality of teachers affects the teaching quality but also the development of students’ sound in body and mind and moral character. Because the teachers of middle school is the leader in teaching. Not only the external factors can affects the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of working but also the inner ingredients of teachers can do this such as the ideas of themselves and the mental healthy. Because every teacher have their distinctive character as a comparatively independent individual. According to the researches before, this four facts ——the perspicacity of future time. professional engagement and career development and the sense of teaching efficacy and the satisfaction of working are related to the mental healthy and decide the teaching achievement and emotional healthy. The perspicacity of future time is mean to say that one’s plan, view and how to see the future based on the certain future time. The aspiration of the teachers’ professional engagement and career development is the aspiration that how to plan the hard-working and insist and how to improve themselves which is last the whole working life. The sense of teaching efficacy is the extent of admitting his or her working environment, is the recognization about his or her working, and it is also one of the standards of teachers’ mental healthy. the sense of teaching efficacy is a kind of belief that the teacher can give the students good example which contains two aspects:personal teaching efficacy and the general teaching efficacy.In order to learn the current situation and the relationship among the perspicacity of future time professional engagement and career development and the sense of teaching efficacy and the satisfaction of working. This research comes the following decision by combing the age background and the working environment of the teachers with analyzing the data by SPSS to study six middle schools from Shijiazhuang,Handan, Xingtai Hebei, Datong Shanxi. A total of 400 middle school teachers voluntarily participated in the study. The Scales include: ZTPI、PECDA、The sense of teaching efficacy、 Job satisfaction Scale.The statistical result of the perspicacity of future time in this researchsays that the mean value the perspicacity of future time of the middle school teachers is 3.45. This means that the teachers could know the result of his or her current acts clearly, and they will try their best to lead the affection to the right aspect, in order to avoid the negative affection.The grade of the aspirations of middle school teachers’ professional engagement and career development could reflects the professional attitude of the teachers. The result says that the grade of the aspirations of middle school teachers professional engagement and career development is about 4, which means that the teachers divide into the teaching well and they all have a good dream about the future development. The grade of the sense of teaching efficacy is higher than others, two of the dimensions are distinctively higher than the 3.5 which is the theory median. Among them,the personal teaching efficacy is on the high level and the general teaching efficacy is on the middle level. At the same time, the grade of the teachers’ personal teaching efficacy is higher distinctively than the general teaching efficacy. The difference of the satisfaction of working is distinctive among individuals but the general situation is ok which is satisfactory. Last but not least,the perspicacity of future time has the mesomeric effect among the planning of the work, lasting of the plan and the teaching efficacy. The mediating role of the future time perspective was investigated through correlation, regression and structural modeling analyses. Results showed that the prospective teachers’ future time perspectives played a significant mediating role in relationships among the Professional engagement and career development aspirations and the sense of teaching efficacy and job satisfaction.
