"Vocal minority" as part of the spiritual culture in which acts as an important role, but in order to pass on, one of the best means of "teaching."China has 55 ethnic minorities, Inner Mongolia as a minority gathering areas with rich national music culture, but in recent years the extent of Chinese Inner Mongolia faster and faster, and now even the most basic traditional "Mongolian language", are increasingly disappeared, Mongolia kids learn life are increasingly being finished. Speaking of language for the development of an increasingly vocal minority is undoubtedly harmful. Contents of this paper as "Inner Mongolia University in National Singing Teaching situation and development trend." Articles focus on the Hulun Buir, Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier College area to explore the process of learning and Current Situation of National Music School of Music Culture and Development. Through field visits, interviews, etc., to explore the status of vocal learning colleges and the problems and propose countermeasures. This article reflects the specific contents are as follows: First, the introduction, through research background, purpose and significance of the study, the relevant research trends, research methods, innovation aspects of the paper briefly described. The first chapter, Colleges National Singing Teaching Situation in Inner Mongolia, a macro point of view to understand the status of development of national vocal music colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia in China. The second chapter, the development status of national vocal music teaching Hulunbeier College of Music. Through field visits, from teachers, students students, curriculum and other aspects of the college national vocal music teaching and conduct a comprehensive study and analysis by the shallow depth, and proposed National Institute of Problems in vocal music teaching. The third chapter, by the status quo of the National Conservatory Hulunbeir vocal music teaching and problems, propose solutions.
