| Interpersonal trust is the important factors that af fect individual psychological health, it is an im portant symbol of individuals adapt to the society. This research adopts the 《big five personality inventory》,《armed police social support rating scale》 and 《interpersonal trust scale》 of a contingent of 279 military time 1-15 years of a line on shoulder the task of armed police soldiers at the grass-root s level to measure, is designed to focus on military police officers personality traits, social support and the status of interpersonal trust, analys is of the relationship am ong the them and their influencing factors, and explore the method to im prove the armed police soldiers interpe rsonal trust and mental health of ways, enhance battle ef fectiveness, promote the development of our army ideological and political work innovation.The results of this study are as follows:1.The armed police soldier’ s interpersonal trust level is m oderate, with significant differences in the one-child, very significant differences in the current level. Performance in the one-child is higher than the one-child on interpersonal trust, and private is significantly higher t han sergeant sergeant, with level, interpersonal trust declined.2.Soldiers of interpersonal trust in national, popul ation, education were no significant difference in the degree of dimension.3.Soldiers extraversion, friendly, conscientiousness personality traits and interpersonal trust has a signifi cant positive correlation, neuroticism has significant negative correlation w ith interpersonal trust. Each dimension of social support and in terpersonal trust have significant positive correlation.4.Parts of the armed police soldie rs personality traits and social support on interpersonal trust has certain prediction effect.5.Part of the armed police so ldiers personality traits(neuroticism, extraversion, friendliness, rigour) can also indirectly by social support on interpersonal trust.Research conclusion:armed police soldiers personality traits, social support has significant effects on interpersonal trust, their personality can also through the indirect effects of social support of interpersonal trust. |
