The Relationship Between Collective Identity Of The Armed Police And The Willingness To Sacrifice For The Collective:The Influences Of Meta Stereotype

For a long time,the Armed Police are the focus of the society.As a special group,they often appear at the scenes in a variety of difficult and perilous tasks.They are often judged by all social circles.But how are their characteristics of meta stereotype? And how do the characteristics of meta stereotype influence their willingness to sacrifice themselves for the collective?In this study,we firstly issued a semi-open questionnaire.According to the adjectives of the meta stereotype offered by the Armed Police,we sort out the highfrequency words and work out specific projects.After the initial test and analysis of the projects,we delete the projects that do not meet the requirements of measurement.And we get the formal questionnaire of the meta stereotypes of the Armed Police.Then we test the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire and calculate the coefficient of internal consistency of the formal draft.Secondly,through the questionnaire and by some other research methods,with the Armed Police as the research object,we try to reveal the nature and content of the meta stereotype of the Armed Police and explore the relationship between collective identity and willingness to sacrifice for the collective and make clear how the meta stereotype has influences on the relationship above from the three aspects,namely the external character,behavior,spirit.We mainly draws the following conclusions from this study.(1)There are totally 27 questions in the questionnaire about meta stereotype of the Armed Police.The coefficient of internal consistency is 0.827;the confirmatory factor analysis by Amos17.0 shows that the 27 items belong to three dimensions,namely "external characteristics,behavior,spirit".The probability of probability than the chi square test value(X~2 /df)<3,the root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA < 0.05),Jane criteria fit index(AGFI)> 0.5.(2)There are differences of the collective identity of the Armed Police in manpower resources.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the collective identity of the Armed police and the willingness to sacrifice for collective.(4)There is a significant negative moderating effect and external characteristics of inner spirit on the relationship between collective identity and the willingness to sacrifice for the collective.
