For high-level Chinese foreign students, especially the students with ethnic backgrounds, only modern communicative Chinese learning is not enough, because they have a more solid foundation of Chinese language and Chinese traditional cultural. How to develop their literary accomplishment, writing skills, while strengthening its traditional Chinese cultural heritage, is an important issue which placed in front of Chinese Teaching interface.The only way to solve this problem is to properly set up the ancient Chinese language courses; the main content is classic Ancient Poems. Teaching Ancient poems must adhere to the principle of gradual and individualized. Only in this way can maximize stimulate students’ interest in learning and overcome fear of difficulty; and discharge the task of teaching based on reasonable understanding and acceptance of different objects and select the appropriate teaching methods, and then a successful result. In this paper, take the students from the Grade 2, class B, Myanmar Lashio Guowen Middle School for teaching objects, choose 《On My Modest Room》to analysis. This paper includes five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, including the cause of this article, the significance of the article, and introduces the research status of teaching Chinese to other language people and the research methods.The second chapter is the preparation of the instructional design of 《On My Modest Room》, including the theoretical gist which is the teaching principle of the instructional design and the realistic gist which is the introduction of Myanmar Lashio, the status of the Chinese in Lashio, the development of the Guowen Middle school in Lashio, Myanmar and the Classical Chinese prose teaching in Guowen Middle school in Lashio, Myanmar.The third chapter is the instructional design of the passage 《On My Modest Room》 for the students from the Grade 2, class B, Myanmar Lashio Guowen Middle school. It analyzes the important and difficult of teaching and designs a detailed teaching procedure.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the instructional design. This chapter analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the instructional design, and makes the prospect of teaching to guide the teaching activities.The last chapter is the paper’s conclusion. It summarizes the research result and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the problems to be solved in the future research process.
