The research objective in this paper is Chinese classical poetry teaching. It mainly focus on the acquisition condition in classical poetry studying of different levels foreign students. In this paper, I aim at analyzing the study attitudes, motives, comprehension and obstacles of the foreign learners in different degrees in classical poetry learning, by a series empirical methods, which includes a questionnaire investigation and face-to-face talking. According to such above surveys, combining existing teaching materials, I attempt to design a systematic classical poetry teaching method which is fit for foreign students varying in different degrees.Four chapters are contained in this paper. In the first chapter, the research background, research objects and the research approaches are briefly introduced. In the second chapter, I describe the researching tools I used, such as the questionnaire. For the questionnaire, I elaborately design it’s questions, options, proportion of each question types, and select a proper sample, in order to reflect the precise situation of classic poetry learning. In the third chapter, by researching several cases from my teaching experiences in the Jiangxi Normal University(JXNU) and the Northern University for Nationalities(NUN), I study the theme in a more concrete way. Finally, I give some advice in the fourth chapter, as a summary of this paper.Through above research, a conclusion can be put forward in this paper that in TCFL teaching, Chinese classical poetry teaching should be pay a due attention. It is viable and necessary that using classical poem as one of teaching materials. The cultural teachingshould be equally emphasized with the language skill teaching. Meanwhile, I give my advice about how to find an effective way of classical poetry teaching in this paper. I think confidently that by this way, the charm of Chinese culture will be understood by more and more foreign students. |
