So in this paper we will to the public cultural service system traces, of the general theory to explore and research foundation, on the combination of Zhengzhou City currently in the process of the construction of public cultural service system existing problems, and the cause of the problem analysis, put forward with the suggestions and Countermeasures of the construction of public cultural service system in Zhengzhou City, which will on the construction of public cultural service system has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the construction of public cultural service system in Zhengzhou city.
