The Research About Cultural Consciousness And Rural Development

In the social background of globalization and modernization, development has become the theme of our society today. With globalization, people around the world gradually involve in the "global village", cultures of different nations broke through regional industry. Under the impact of western civilization, we are facing a very severe cultural transformation. Being an urban-rural society, Chinese rural population still takes a great proportion, which makes the development of rural society a significant part of the that in our whole society. We set the construction of new country as a goal of national strategy in 2005, which made the development of rural society an important part of state construction. From then on, it became a topic and research direction of ways to develop the rural society in academic circles.With the understanding of the six aspects which conclude "people", "culture", "land", "product", "scene " and "god" of an ancient Dong village---“Yanglan Village”, this paper will prove that Dong villagers are using a way of cultural awareness to contribute their country. Relies for survival and development in the process of rural development, we combined cultural awareness with the multiple evolution as theoretical guidance, to discuss the reason why national culture has become the leading culture of this region under the great impact of the dominant culture; and how to play a leading role in cultural awareness.In selecting the field, the author payed much attention in comparing and then decided to use the Yanglan ancient Dong village as the research point of the field.With a long history, Yanglan preserves the fine cultural traditions. It’s not a typical Dong nationality country society, it is their hopes that villagers take the initiative to seek ways for village development. The grass-roots consciousness as the premise of cultural consciousness of village development provides a good example.With the method of participatory observation and depth interview, the author spent several months for field research, comprehensively collected Yanglan’s information in six aspects: "people" "culture" "land" "product" "scene " and "god ". By the analysis of data, according to the reflection about the cultural facts in people’s lives to see how people understand and use their culture in the long river of history development, and how to understand their culture and the preservation and development about it in social entities which is shocking by Chinese culture and western culture.How to finally find a best way to innovate for village development in the process of cultural transformation.In a word, the whole passage through the guiding thoughts of "cultural awareness" to interpret the development of the rural society, through the "people" "culture" "land" "product" "scene " "god " geared to the needs of the development of comprehensive development of rural society, it can offer a small development program for rural development research and also provide a sustainable leading model to help people in rural society out of poverty.
