A Translation Report Of The Investment Documents Of The Dongying Agricultural Hightech Industries Demonstration Zone

Since China’s reform and opening-up, as the development of economy and the enhance of the international exchanges, increasingly importance has been attached to international communication translation of publicity materials has become more important. However the theory of the translation of publicity materials is inadequate, especially the theory of the Chinese-Japanese translation theory need to be enriched.In this paper, texts are from the Investment documents of Dongying agricultural high tech Industries Demonstration Zone, including thre parts :<Dongying investment guides>, <The investment guide of Dongying agricultural high tech Industries Demonstration Zone > and the industry’s introduction of Dongying agricultural high tech Industries Demonstration Zone.In the early stage of translation and the study of the theory, the author found that, the translation theory of Chinese –Japanese communication translation words are not rich. Furthermore the existing vocabulary translation theory just described the specific translation techniques. It is not the true theory. However in the existing perfect translation theory, less vocabulary theories are introduced. So this passage attempts to study the reconstruction of the words in the investment documents of the Dongying agricultural high tech industries demonstration zone, following three rules : “translation compensate” “compression cuts” “transcribe”.This translation practice can provide a glossary to the translation of the investment documents of the Dongying agricultural high tech industries demonstration zone. It also can offer some translation methods and skills.And the author hope to enrich Chinese –Japanese translation methods and skills. In addition, this translation practice improved my translation ability. At the same time the author realized that the basic literacy of a professional translator: solid language skills, solid professional knowledge, wide knowledge, the cautious attitude. We also need to keep learning to enrich ourselves.
