| No matter which language has ellipsis. Ellipsis in Japanese especially subject ellipsis phenomenon is much more than in Chinese.Whether it is in session,or in the article,the subject always can be ellipsissed.Subject Ellipsis phenomenon can be said to be one of the features of Japanese.In Chinese Japanese translation,how will the Subject Ellipsis,when the Subject Ellipsisã€Japanese learners have been troubled by these similar problems.In this paper,based on the research in the first,THE OLD HOME of Lu Xun and the Japanese translation as the research object,analysis the same points and the different points in Subjece Ellipsis.And from the social culture and the thinking etc.explains why the diversity of Subject Ellipsis in Japanese.Finally from the cross cultural translation perspective disscussed the method of how to become a good translation.This paper draws the following conclusion:(1)The differences of Subject Ellipsis in the original and the translation is not only the differences in the structure of language,also with the different geographical location,cultural background,and the national way of thinking about.(2)In the translation of THE OLD HOME,repeated improper place due to too faithful to the original.Therefore in the Chinese Japanese translation,we should be fully understand the Chinese language and culture,but also consider the Japanese language habits,customs and culture,appropriate to omit the subject, seeking the best translation method. |
