The Industrial Efficiency Research Of Cultural And Creative Industry On Dea Method

Cultural and creative industries are founded in less than 20 years after the proposed time, the concept has developed from a relatively thin theory to leafy research system, and it has transformed from an insignificant state to an important part of GDP, which is inseparable with the high value-added, environmentally friendly characteristics of cultural and creative industries. Although our country has a high enthusiasm and determination to develop cultural and creative industries, but there are still problems such as started-late research, lagging industrial policy, relatively weak industrial development and so on.Based on the existing research, this paper compares the domestic and foreign understanding of cultural and creative industries, and complete the table of contents. At last building the performance evaluation system of cultural and creative industries. Through the method of factor analysis and DEA, this paper gets the data which in line with the actual situation of China’s cultural and creative industries. Final results of the empirical analysis shows, that there are many industries whose input-output efficiency is not high and have a serious waste of resources, which means that cultural and creative industries have greatly improved space to be more efficient. The performance of traditional class extend slightly better than the dominant class industry, and both industries are at a high level; crossover class industry generally is in a poor level of performance. Finally, this paper makes policy recommendations to improve the level of cultural and creative industries and ameliorate the environment according to the empirical analysis.
