In the teaching of Chinese, the text is an important carrier of the basic knowledge of Chinese language, the text includes not only the Chinese vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and semantics, but also contains the students’language skills in Chinese and Vietnamese culture Communications, as well as the necessary Chinese cultural background knowledge. Therefore, the text teaching is particularly important, it not only directly affect the enthusiasm of the students, but also affects the quality and effect of teaching Chinese as a foreign language."Chinese course" is commonly used in Vietnam comprehensive Chinese Textbooks of elementary Chinese teaching, very representative in various kinds of Chinese Textbooks in the anthology. Research on the text teaching, to improve teaching quality of text teaching, promote the teaching of Chinese language in the effective development of Vietnam, which can make the communication more convenient and. Therefore, this article focuses on the teaching of Vietnamese in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the "Chinese course" as the research object, through the investigation and Study on the teaching situation of using the textbook of five university in Hanoi, to understand the use of textbooks in Vietnam, the text teaching at the same time, the teaching method of teachers of Vietnam student teachers teaching methods of Vietnam feedback and suggestions, so as to promote the teaching of Chinese in Vietnam promotion, improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching, and to promote the heritage of the friendship from generation to generation foundation. The main contents of this paper include:The first chapter is the introduction. Analysis of current situation of Chinese teaching and text teaching this part simply introduces research background, significance, object, research methods, main content, research review, vietnam.The second chapter is the five university in Vietnam and Hanoi the current situation of Chinese teaching. This chapter introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching and the writer of this thesis is the research object of Chinese teaching in Vietnam in five university—Hanoi.The main research contents of the third chapter is the analysis of the textbook "Chinese course".The fourth chapter mainly in 5 University as an example, the specific investigation and analysis of "Chinese course" teaching method.The fifth chapter is based on the "Chinese course" teaching method is proposed and the teaching design.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: first, through the questionnaire survey, the teaching method teaching of "Chinese course" in Vietnam and Vietnam used by teachers; on the other hand is through research, teaching methods to improve the teaching of Vietnamese teachers.
