The success of China's reform and opening up, greatly enhanced China's international status, and thus also the position of Chinese language in the world, improved and accelerated the pace of it to the world. Chinese language in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City foreign languages has been an important one. Therefore, the Colleges investigation of Chinese language education situations in Ho Chi Minh City-Vietnam is necessary. Through this Ho Chi Minh City University Chinese language teaching investigation by Chinese teaching faculities, teaching materials and other aspects of investigation and study, it will help us understand the basic situation of Chinese teaching educaton in universities and offer Chinese language education in Ho Chi Minh City in all aspects of data, this data will be Ho Chi Minh City objective analysis of problems in Chinese education institutions of higher learning the fundamental basis for further analysis of the problem based on these data, find out the real solution to the problem.The survey used questionnaires, interviews and surveys, comparative analysis, historical analysis and synthesis of the combination of empirical analysis and logical combination of inductive method, Chinese Education in Ho Chi Minh City Universities to do a more comprehensive investigation, is to design a survey questionnaire, while the education of each school management interviews with teachers and administrators. Using scientific methods to collect information for statistical analysis, obtained on the Ho Chi Minh City Universities of Chinese education in the basic data.By collecting the questionnaire data analysis, we can see Ho Chi Minh City Education Problems in Chinese universities is:Tertiary schools institutions, including Ho Chi Minh City has reduced the number of Chinese language professional enrollment trends. Chinese language course is a comprehensive class-based, while the Chinese sub-skills classes and special purpose training courses is still relatively lack of Chinese language courses. And training of teachers, male and female teacher ratio imbalance; teacher education in recent years has improved a lot, but not too high; senior Chinese language teachers, such as professors, associate professors are still rare, the pertinence of Chinese training, schools can not learning the Chinese language to meet the learning. In the teaching materials, although the use of a uniform high level of teaching materials, teaching materials supporting material but also less frequently used, the higher the burden of teaching teachers, multimedia assisted teaching and inadequate teaching facilities, courseware single source. To solve these problems, this paper proposes some suggestions to solve the problem:To strengthen the guidance of Chinese professional advocacy, professional education to reverse the downward trend in Chinese; To strengthen Chinese language teachers, to enhance the quality of Chinese teaching; Eforts to prepare students for the localization of the Vietnamese Chinese language textbooks, and various tools; Increase capital investment to address the modern teaching facilities and teaching equipment, the problem of inadequate counseling.
