China’s rapid economic development has an obvious effect on higher education in China. With the rapid economic development vocational education came into being. Since the establishment of vocational college in 1980, China’s vocational education has had three decades of development history. As the " People’s Republic of China Vocational Education Act " promulgated in 1996, it determined the status of vocational education in education from the law and opened the prelude to the development of higher vocational education. By 1999, China puts forward about developing vigorously the vocational education. Vocational education in China has entered a new stage of unprecedented development. There are two kinds of higher vocational education, one is private higher vocational education, and the other is public higher vocational education. The rapid development of higher vocational education, and then the education problem derived. Emphasize professional skills, belittle humanistic learning; emphasize practical knowledge learning, belittle spiritual edification. All of these are common issues in higher vocational colleges. From a practical theory of university Chinese education and the development of Chinese higher vocational colleges, it is clear that Chinese education plays an important role in improving student’s cultural literacy, and foster student’s personality, and cultivates all-round development of the integrated talent.Private higher vocational schools are an important part of higher vocational colleges. Because of its private nature, its development is different from public higher vocational schools, has its particularity side. Guangzhou is one of the forefront of China’s economic development, but also the most developed areas of China’s manufacturing industry. The demand of applied talents is very large. Higher vocational education is to cultivate talents as the goal of manufacturing applications, and thus the development of vocational education in Guangzhou is quickly. It provides talent support for the economic development of Guangzhou both by private higher vocational education and public higher vocational education. There are 63 vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, including 32 private higher vocational schools, and private higher vocational schools in Guangzhou. The main forms of running schools are relying on enterprise education, enterprise education, and public school education. The four vocational colleges we chose are the forms of running school. Through the investigation and research of these four schools, we hope to provide a reference for the development of Chinese education with similar institutions in the region. At the same time, this project also hopes to put forward practical strategy to improve students’language literacy through studying and researching on Chinese education. And it guides to promote private vocational education to develop in a healthy, sustainable way, and cultivate all-round development, healthy personality personnel for the country and the society so as to promote the harmonious development of society.This paper runs by the local people in Guangzhou area present situation of Chinese education in higher vocational colleges as the research direction. From the external environment and internal condition as the main line, it runs by the local Chinese education in higher vocational colleges to carry out and implement investigation, analysis, and puts forward feasible and practical countermeasures and suggestions. Its summaries are as follows:research and adjustment on organizational structure and development mode in order to enhance positive interaction between Chinese education and internal and external of schools; find an effective way to consolidate the teachers of Chinese education for the students groups and hardware resources; expand the using range of the school existing teaching resources and utilization, utilization; build a harmonious, scientific and reasonable Chinese education system to guide the actual Chinese education activities for the students groups.This article mainly is to use the archives, library literature collection, web and database, etc. Main content is divided into (1) domestic higher vocational education of Chinese literature, understanding the development of Chinese education in higher vocational, teaching system and teaching mode; (2) domestic research literature on non-governmental higher vocational education, mainly present situation of private higher vocational education. (3) understanding the development of Chinese education in private higher vocational in recent years, as well as school policy guidance, check ing on the teaching content, teaching material, teaching method, teaching way and the literature of Chinese teaching activities. We selected the directors and deputy directors in higher vocational colleges representing the forms of private higher vocational education for interview and arrange the basic situation of the development of Chinese education, existing problems and needing support in these four private vocational colleges. The respondents of "Questionnaire of Chinese Education in Guangzhou Chinese Private Higher Education College "are the Chinese teachers from these four colleges. With "Star questionnaire "as the carrier Chinese teachers can answer the questions online. Through field visit, there are 46 Chinese teachers totally, online answer 46 people, paid-in of 46. The objective of this questionnaire is to understand outside environment support and overall development situation of Chinese education in the four private higher vocational schools. "Questionnaire of the Situation on Chinese Education in Higher Vocational School in Guangzhou" is to understand the basic personnel characteristics, the actual demand and expectations for Chinese education from the educated persons. The respondents are the students who are learning he have learned the Chinese lessons. We randomly select 280 students from these four colleges and also ask them to answer the questions on line through the network "questionnaire Star". There are 279 complete questionnaires which are effectively recovered,1 invalid questionnaire whose answers are the sameThrough interviews and questionnaire survey combining with existing research literature, Chinese education in private higher vocational colleges is to carry out the present problem. They are divided into external Chinese teaching environment factors, the rational use of teaching resources, teaching form, curriculum content, class forms, teaching training, school’s supportive fiscal policy in the process of conducting education. And it also reflects on the basic composition of the students, their own language literacy and language-based learning, student groups themselves to language learning needs on the aspect of internal study on the student population.For internal and external problems appearing in the Chinese education in private vocational colleges, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures:building a practical and scientific Chinese curriculum content system; building high-quality, professional teachers; constructing various associations and communities of Chinese education, which give full play to the dominant position of students in Chinese education.General education language education can help Chinese education to establish a scientific and reasonable curriculum system in higher vocational colleges. Innovation curriculum content and great integration of other cultures can directly guide the conduct of language education in private vocational schools in Guangzhou; and effective ways of teacher resource integration have reference value for teachers’ education resource integration in Chinese education of any other private higher vocational college. Construction of all types of students’ learning language societies, associations as informal organizations is to enhance students’ sense of identity and community cohesion in Chinese education. It also has the similar reference of similar higher vocational colleges.
