Just after the Chinese new year, The Korean drama You Who Came From The Star insanely swept the major social networking sites and had surpassed The Heirs at the top of the hit list. You Who Came From The Star," The hottest discussing Korean drama since China has social media", which broadcast only in China network is more than $3 billion, become the first Baidu index broke 4 million drama,and not only was focused in NPC&CPPCC, also boarded the front page of the Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal.Why You Who Came From The Star is so hot? What are the characteristics of Stars fans? What are the relationships between the development of social networks and the hot talked topic of You Who Came From The Star? Through this study, the author attempts to answer these questions.This paper selects the online fandom of You Who Came From The Star as research subjects, and contains major research methods of online observation, text analysis and in-depth interview through long-term observations for active star fan groups in Baidu Post Bar, Sina Weibo, Douban movie and interviews of some representative star fans online or offline.From this research, discussing in aspects of the introduction of Korean drama and the formation of Korean drama fans, group characteristics of star fans, spectacle or performance of star fans in social network, and social networking carnival, we can see the difference of Korean drama fans between the networks era and television broadcast era, and star fans have wider age span and occupational span than the traditional Korean fans. Besides, Spectacle or Performance Paradigm of star fans is closely related to social networks, which present a self-centered feature; Star fans also launched a social network Star carnival under the joint of famous star fans and grassroots fans, which develops a new style of watching Korean drama and makes You Who Came From The Star become "The hottest discussing Korean drama since China has social media".The first chapter is the introduction part of this article has carried on the detailed explanation to the research background, research methods, and the results of previous studies. The existing research on new Korean Drama fans has shortcomings, and this thesis tries to make detailed complement about this. Through the literature review and interview, the second chapter introduced the import of Korean Drama, described the changes about the Korean Drama fans from a historical perspective. According to the characteristics of the star fans, the third chapter defines it, and analyzes the relationship between the star fans and Korean Drama fans. Star fan as an extension of new Korean Drama fans which have great research value. In addition, the author summarizes the identity and behavior of star fans according to the online survey. According to the third chapter, the author found that there is a close relationship between the star fans and social networks. Then the fourth chapter interpreted of social behaviors in the network of the star fans with the help of "spectacle/ performance paradigm". The study found that the celebrity star fans in social network play an important role in expand the star fans group. By the effect of opinion leaders, star fans formed a carnival in social network. So the fifth chapter with Bakhtin’s "Carnival" theory, combined with the characteristics of the social networks, interpretation and discussion on star fans of carnival behavior. On the one hand, Star fans social network carnival has promoted You Who Came From The Star popular, on the other hand, it also provide a new style of watching Korean drama.
