| As a part of the humanities and social science research project "University Students’ Psychological Safety Education, Problem Prevention, Symptoms Treatment and Crisis Intervention", which is supported by the Ministry of Education, this study is focused on graduate student’s psychological safety and its influencing factors. From the point of the graduate students’real life, the author explored the influence factors of graduate student’s psychological safety, and based on the obtained conclusion to constructed graduate counselor’s psychological safety working Handbook, in order to support graduate student psychological safety education theoretically and practically.This study was divided into the following steps. Step 1:using open questionnaires, collecting project graduate student psychological safety. Step 2:letting the graduate students scale the items by the importance graduate students the importance with the evaluation questionnaire, using SPSS 16.0 software to explore the affecting factors of graduate student psychological safety. Then, using Lisre18.70 software to finish the validation factor analysis.As the analysis conclusion, this research showed that there are 8 factors with a total of 44 items. Sorted as the variance contribution rate, the 8 factors are "unexpected life events"(9 items), "confusion in self-development"(11 items), "the pressure about thesis"(7 items), "individual development dissatisfaction"(3 items)," environment"(4 items), " school exams"(3 items), "realistic goals fuzzy "(3 items) and" personal economic pressure"(4 items). And according to the fitting of confirmatory factor analysis indicators, eight factors’structure fits the statistical standard well.According to the conclusion of graduate students’psychological safety factors research, We built up the counselor’s psychological safety working handbook, hoping to support the work of graduate students’counselors both practically and theoretically. |
