Gratitude is a kind of special human individual psychological quality or personality traits; it has extensive social adjustment functions, and greatly influenced the individual life orientation.In this study, based on studying and analysing a large number of domestic and international data and materials, and combined with existing theory, we use the open-ended questionnaire and individual depth interviews to collect items for the questionnaire; and finalized the gratitude questionnaire composed of four dimensions, which are gratitude cognition, gratitude emotion, gratitude will and gratitude actions. On this basis, we further study the psychological status of graduate's gratitude. Finally, it is verified that the gratitudein has a positive effect on predicting the sense of happiness of individual;the results are as follows:1. The graduate gratitude questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool for measuring the psychological gratitude of graduate.2. The psychology of gratitude is composed of four factors, which are gratitude cognition, gratitude emotion, gratitude will and gratitude action.3. From the point of view the overall level, the overall graduate's gratitude psychological condition is good. By MANOVA, we found that in the factor of gratitude action, the men and women had significant difference (p<0.05); in the factor of gratitude emotion, different grades showed significant differences (p<0.05).4. The graduate's psychology of gratitude and its various dimensions had a significant positive correlation with psychological well-being and its various dimensions; gratitude psychology can significantly predict individual happiness positively.
