The capital system of Jin Dynasty mainly inherited the Multiple-capitals system of Liao and Song Dynasty,combining with the actual situation of Jin Dynasty, and made constant adjustment.The changed was very frequently of the capital system of Jin Dynasty.Thus,the traditional understanding on the capital system of Jin Dynasty is worth to discuss.Jin Dynasty do exist two Shangjing(上京)in early time.The main reason for this phenomenon is that Huining Prefecture(会宁府)status is not clear.Xijing Da Tong Prefecture and Dongjing Liaoyang Prefecture inherited the appellation of Liao Dynasty and never changed.Xijing Lu has two bandit suppression commissions,which Official grade is equal with Xijing Liushou,no subordination relationship.Dongjing Liushou has an equal status with Gaoli King in some places,playing an important role in the relationship between Liao Dynasty and Gaoli.They play an important role for maintaining border stability.Jin Dynasty moved capital to Yanjing because it want to learn advanced culture.what’s more,reason ignored by us is the economic pressure behind Huining Prefecture.It’s deterioration of northern border crisis is not caused by the change of capital,but,the unequal ethnic police is the root cause.Nanjing area do exist DU Transport Department(都转运)and also repeatedlly set up Xingsheng as the hingest admininstrative institution.Nanjing Xingsheng is responsible for the case and economy.Jin Dynasty continuous change of the capital is the procedure that Nuzhen(女真)learn advanced culture from China central plains area.It is a typical example of the various nationalities of our country ancient mutual learning,mutual promotion.The more important thing is that it has a profound influence on today city especially Beijing layout.
