Reseach On The Relationship Of Vocational College Students’ Resiliebce Effect Between Physical Health And Stress Adaptation

There are many scholars according to the comparison of the Mental Health Research Results between the regular college students and Higher vocational college’s students.And found that there are some psychological barriers between them.The higher vocational college’s student’s problems are more serious than the regular college, they are much more prominent,and they seriously affect on their physical and mental health development. The vision of the positive psychology for student health physical and pressure to adapt to the study on the relationship, to explore psychological flexibility is with 2 of the existence of the relationship.This study used CD-RISC, CCSAS and the "national student physical health standard" test instrument and software, the measured according to 523 college students in Higher Vocational College of Sichuan Information Technology College with convenient sampling principle of selection, and the use of SPSS17.0 data for statistical analysis. The research results show that:Higher vocational college’s student ’s overall psychology elastic present situation as well as each minute dimension elastic level achieves the medium degree.In different grades, the quality university’s students exist significant difference on psychology elastic level.The freshman and the sophomore obviously are lower than the junior in optimistic score.In the sex, the discipline type, the family background, between the quality university student psychology elastic aggregate level and various dimensions does not have the remarkable difference.Higher vocational college’s student ’s compatibility has the medium degree compatibility in various dimensions.In the sex, the family background, the grade, the discipline type, the quality university pressure adapts has not displayed the remarkable difference.Higher vocational college’s student ’s physique has the good rank physique condition.In the sex, the grade, in the discipline type dimension has the remarkable difference.On whether only child, in quality university student’s physique condition various dimensions score not remarkable difference.Pressure adaptation total score and the physique state of health total score assumes the correlational dependence, in the healthy system the strength endurance classification number and the pressure adaptation assumes the relevance.Psychological elasticity in the influence which adapts to the pressure is playing the completely intermediary role in the healthy physique.
