With the ideology of "confucianism-only ideology" during the reign of Emperor Wu in Western Han Dynasty, the political status of Confucianism have been improved. And new bureaucratic system of selection not only help Confucian literati find an opportunity to achieve their political ideal and ambitions, but also build a good foundation of talents and culture for Emperors’ statecraft. Lots of Confucian scholars became officials after studying hard, and then entered into the class of bureaucratic literati and officialdoms. Their political activities and experiences had a profound effect on their own literature creation."The precise thinking and wrote the classic" had become the main way to express their talents and political ideals, and show Chinese feudal intellectuals’ distinctive spirit of humane care and conscious sense of creation. Henceforth, cultural theme of Chinese scholars’literati was established. This article explores the interactive relationship between political activities and literature creation of Confucian scholars during the54years of the reign of the Emperor Han Wu based on the sort, research and analysis of relative literature and history.Chapter one mainly investigated the political activities of Confucian scholars. At that time, Don zhongshu, one of Confucian scholar proposed a theory named"New Confucianism" which was adopted by the Emperor of Wu. Confucianism’s solely venerating political status started to open a new path for Confucian scholars become an official by learning and examination. They preceded their political activities by writing books, governing as officials, making proposals, being a teacher of Emperor, teaching lots of students, and create a lot of excellent literary works while taking part in politics. Chapter two mainly analyzed how literature creations were influenced by political activities of Confucian scholars during the reign of Emperor Wu. Firstly, Confucian scholars’ political activities had affected the theme of literature creations during the reign of Emperor Wu. Confucian scholars’ works had expressed sublime sense of social responsibility, and appeared a lot of works with theme of "Unrecognized talents"。Secondly, the style and type of literary works created by Confucian scholars were different from previous dynasty and reached to a peak at this time. The style of works about politic started to change based on the Book of songs and with obviously political color. Ruler began to pay more attention to Manner, Music and Education, and established a Yuefu Institution and collected poems for fun. Finally, the literary conception had changed. The article was magnificent and emphasized diction, and sprouted the style of the Book of songs.Chapter three mainly focus on the impacts on political arrangements made by the literature creations of Confucian scholars during the reign of Emperor Wu. Confucian scholars attached themselves to the Emperor of Wu with their articles. A large amount of scholars became officials and filled in the gap of politic. The scholar rank was booming which had changed the structure of national political power. Meanwhile, Confucian scholars also created literary works actively and tried to intervene political activities. On the one hand, they were preceding the political education and cultural heritage; On the other hand, they persuaded and admonished monarch’s faults. Their political activities had distinctive literary flavor. The attitude of the Emperor of Wu changed and Literature started to play an important role in political activities.
