Factory guard system is the product of the feudal autocratic centralizationdeveloped to the pinnacle of the emperor order to maintain its dictatorship，againstthe bureaucracy and the establishment of direct orders from the spy organizationitself. For a long time because of its notorious spy rule，making the scholars in thestudy of plant guard when more attention to the cruelty of their spies rule，terror，and not pay attention to the background，and the study of the nature of the functionsto produce what has led to spy on its terror. This article from the original intention ofsetting up a factory guard-autocracy order maintenance start，historical backgroundand understanding of plant functions established by the Methodist system，analysisof historical inevitability and the nature of its produce，and then explains how toachieve their own vocation. Also suggested that because the plant guard system itselfis flawed，making it inevitable consequences of maintaining the order to becomeagents of domination.In addition to the introductory part of this article is divided into four parts，about20,002words long.The first part is a literature review. The factory guard system because of its flaws，is bound to maintain the rule astray into spies by the order.The fourth part is the conclusion. Intelligence agencies for such a plant guardsystem has "special jurisdiction " to do a historical evaluation. Factory Wei imperialdictatorship regime is to achieve an orderly political tool，which is a mess and cannot be changed.
