Based on the3D structure theory of emotional intelligence, the research makes the emotional intelligence scale of high students. First of all, the research introduce the relevant literature, and reviews systematically the theoretical study of emotional intelligence and representative of emotional intelligence measurement tool at home and abroad as well as the current status of research on emotional intelligence of high school students.This research adopts the method of half open-ended questionnaire and individual interviews to collect and analysis the factors related to the emotional intelligence of the contemporary high school students. According to the relevant literatures at home and abroad, and the theory of emotional intelligence3D structure of researcher Xu Yuanli, the research makes the prediction emotional intelligence scale of high school students, based on the measuring results of the forecasting scale, building the formal emotional intelligence scale of high school students.The scale consists of51questions. It has six factors:perception and experience of your own emotions, expression and evaluation of your own emotions, regulation and control of your own emotions, perception and experience of others’emotions, expression and evaluation of others’emotions, regulation and control of others’emotions. Through factor analysis, the bases show that the scale has good reliability and validity, and the theoretical structure fitting is good, In a word, the scale can be used as high school students’intelligence research tools.The research uses the scale on the Shang Shiqiao high school, and analysis the general characteristics of the emotional intelligence of high school students. The results showed:the ability of perception and experience of your own emotions is relatively high, but has not stability. High school students have the ability to express and evaluate certain emotional information, but lack of rationality. High school students can regulate and control their emotional to a certain degree, but the method needs to be improved. Their interpersonal communication tends to self as the center. The girl’s emotional intelligence is the slightly higher than the boy’emotional intelligence.Through analyzing the characteristics of high school students’ emotional intelligence, the research puts forward some opinions and suggestions, which can develop emotional intelligence of the high school students. Hope the research can contribute to the high school educational business.First of all, to guide students to establish the initiative to develop the consciousness of emotional intelligence, let them vent reasonably their negative emotions in difficult situations. Again, high school students are encouraged to actively participate in some practice activities, gradually develop good habits in activities, do the unity of knowing and doing.Finally, to encourage students’ emotional intelligence on training, establishing and improving the high school teacher evaluation system at the same time. And to optimize of high school teachers of literacy to strengthen high school teachers learn about psychology theory.
