This study investigated the basic situation of current college students personality,interpersonal trust and problem behaviors, and of different gender, specialty, grade, students,the family status differences in these three areas were compared, personality, interpersonaltrust and problem behaviors mutual to investigate the relationship between the analysisprovides a theoretical basis for the reform and development of college students management.The instruments for this study are adult version of "Aisen Ke Personality Questionnaire",preparation of "behavior problems scale" by Li Hong and Chen Huichang,"Trust Scale" byRempel and Holmes. It carried on the investigation to1600four college students of HebeiUniversity, using SPSS16.0software for statistical data and analysis. The main conclusions ofthis study are as follows:(1) Differences in gender, specialty, grade, students in other aspects of personality existson college students, specifically: the spirit of the prime factors and personality scores, boyswere significantly higher than girls; Polytechnic Students’ scores on the spirit of significantlyhigher quality factor History class in college; lower grades of spiritual quality factor scoresand personality scores were significantly higher than high school students; on neuroticismfactor, quality factor and personality out of the spirit of the city scored significantly higherthan in rural areas.(2) The existence of gender differences in trust status of college students, professionals,and students in terms of grades, specifically: in nature can rely on trust and interpersonal trustscores, girls scored significantly higher than boys; in terms of predictability, literature andhistory scores score higher than Polytechnic; lower grades spiritual quality factor scores andpersonality scores were significantly higher than high school students; terms can be reliedupon in rural than in urban score.(3) The existence of gender differences in trust status of college students, professionals,and students in terms of grades, specifically: behavioral problems of boys than girls;sophomore student behavioral problems than other grades; dimension of social problems inproblem behavior, love and sex dimensions, urban students were significantly higher than rural students; single-parent families were significantly higher than the non-parent families.(4) Students’ Personality and problem behavior scores were significantly positivelycorrelated with students’ interpersonal trust problem behavior scores were significantlynegatively correlated Students’ Personality and Interpersonal Trust score was significantlynegatively correlated. Interpersonal trust, nervousness, mental quality and other dimensionsof the problem behavior has a significant positive effect, both inside and outside thedimensions of behavior problems have a significant negative predictive effect.
