Interpersonal trust is very important in human communication and social life, it is the foundation to establish a stable and lasting relationship between people, it is an important condition to form good interpersonal relationship and mental health, and social functioning of the lubricant. In this study, we use the personality variables of interpersonal self-reliance to explore the relationship between personality and interpersonal trust behavior, and the influence of situational factors on this relationship.The main purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism which interpersonal self-supporting traits affect interpersonal trust behavior and contextual effects of interpersonal trust behavior.This study consists of two parts. In the first and second study, two kinds of trust game task variant are used. The first part is mainly to explore which interpersonal self-supporting traits can predict interpersonal trust behavior in the context of a stranger. In the second part, the task is the 5 round of trust game, different feedback ratios were set up to create different experimental situations. In order to investigate the relationship in the cooperative and noncooperative situation, whether the interpersonal responsibility is regulated by the situational factors.The results of this study are as follows:(1) Only interpersonal responsibility can affect interpersonal trust behavior in the context of strangers.(2) The research shows that the situation of cooperation and noncooperation plays a moderating role in the relationship between interpersonal responsibility and interpersonal trust behavior. High level of interpersonal responsibility of individual in the context of cooperation will be more cooperative behavior than low interpersonal responsibility individual performance. High interpersonal responsibility individual under non cooperative situation will still than people with low interpersonal initiative individuals showed a more cooperative behavior. There was a significant difference ininterpersonal trust behavior between individuals with high interpersonal responsibility in the context of cooperation and noncooperation, while individuals with low interpersonal responsibility did not show significant differences in these two situations.This study draws the following conclusions: interpersonal responsibility could effected interpersonal trust behavior of individuals, but this effect is regulated by the environmental factors.
