The study constructed the structure of career resilience of primary school teachers by the method of historial documents, questionnaire survey and interview, and created the Career resilience Scale of Primary School Teachers. And then, the validity and reliability of this scale was tested. Based on those, we investigated the relationship between career resilience and job burnout of primary school teachers.The results are as follows:(1)The Career resilience Scale of Primary School Teachers which includes21items has three individual elements:occupational toughness, career initiative and career vista. The scale has good reliability and validity which can be used as the measurement tool of primary school teachers’ career resilience.(2) The whole lever of primary school teachers was higher than the average lever. There are some demographic characteristics on career resilience of primary school teachers. Career resilience has significant difference in age, professional title and the nature of school. But the other dimensions of career resilience were no significant difference, including gender, income, educated level and teaching years.(3) There was a significant negative correlation between career resilience and job burnout. At the same time, career resilience has significantly predicted effect on job burnout.
