Evolution Research Of Commonly Used Verbs Meaning"Sleeping, Being Conscious" In Chinese Linguistics

Research study of speech Verbs is the most abundant and most complex one in the part of speech research, especially research on common verbs. This article selects ten commonly used verbs meaning’‘睡、寐、卧、寝、眠(meaning sleeping) and觉、寤、悟、醒、苏(meaning being conscious)" as the research objects; Refering to the related reference books from pre-qin dynasty to the modern society,this paper takes the typical and familiar books and texts in each period as the basis and scope of research investigation; In the specific description and explanation for verbs, it mainly choses the representative words from the corpus of these examples as the examples to support; Then using the methods of combination---individual case and classification research,description and explanation, synchronic and diachronic, it trys to describe the specific usage of the commonly used verbs "sleeping, being conscious" from the point of view of plane, explain the two main characteristics of evolution, summarizes its evolution laws and evolution results from the perspective of diachronic. On the basis of previous studies, this paper trys to make the commonly used verb research scope become more comprehensive, the research results more systematic. In order to better find out the language phenomenon, this paper makes its effort to explain the development of Chinese linguistics. The full text is divided into five parts:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. This part mainly defines the study object of this article, summarizes and sums up the current status of this paper, describes the main research methods and materials in this article.Chapter Ⅱ:The description of the several commonly used verbs meaning "sleeping, being conscious" in Chinese lingustic. s the commonly used verb usage respectively made a more detailed description. This part is divided into seven periods of the pre-Qin, Han, Wei-Jin, Sui-Tang, Song-Yuan-the Five Dynasties, Ming-Qing dynasties, and modern Chinese.And for usage of the ten common verbs, it makes a more detailed description and explaination.Chapter Ⅲ:The explaination of the several commonly used verbs meaning "sleeping, being conscious" in Chinese lingustic. This part contains two aspects:How to change the name of the concepts, and how the words change their meanings.This paper explains that how the words meaning "sleeping, being conscious" change their names and meanings in each era.Chapter Ⅳ:The common characteristics, regularity and reasons of evolution of the ten verbs "sleeping, being conscious".Chapter Ⅴ:Conclusion. This part concludes the whole text, especially points out the lack of research and study space.
