This age is full of information, digital and network. The reform of technology, as well as wired and wireless computer terminal promote the development of information technology greatly, and also change the way of our life and the study at the same time. Along with our country’s comprehensive national strength increased and significant improvement of international status, various countries enhance the communication with China in many fields such as culture, economy, science and technology. Chinese became a very important tool that other countries can use to communicate with China.Since 2004, in order to find a right way to build up a nonprofit public welfare language institution named "Confucius institute", that we can spread Chinese culture and teach foreigners to speak Chinese in the worldwide, we have learned some experience from other language popularization setups in the west such as Britain, Germany, and France. In recent years, "Confucius institute" developed very quickly. More than 120 institutions built up in Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa and Oceania. Up to the end of December 2013, China has established 440 "Confucius institute" and 440 "Confucius classrooms", the total number is 1086. The amazing development of "Confucius institute", not only brings us unprecedented opportunities, but also put forward higher requirements for its education quality.The education quality is a key factor to the constant development of "Confucius institute", so the only way to improve education quality is informationize the education resources of "Confucius institute". Confucius institute education resources information is the inevitable choice in information age, and is also the inevitable choice to improve the quality of education of Confucius institute.In this paper, the general structures are arranged as following:firstly, I explained the research background, significance, status and the main research methods of Confucius institute education resources informationization.Secondly, I summarized the development situation of the Confucius institute and defined education resources, then elaborated explained the necessity of Confucius institute education resources information construction. Analyzed the contents of education resources information construction from the teaching resources, teaching staff and the information environment construction.Thirdly, I mainly investigated the present conditions of the Confucius institute education resources informationization construction.Fourthly, according to the current situation, I put forward some problems about Confucius institute education resources information construction. And then, I analyzed the causes of these problems in policy, theory, management and funding.Finally, put some reasonable suggests to the Confucius institute education resources informationization construction.
