As the main gathering form of cultural creativity industry, Cultural and Creative Industry Park not only plays as a site for communication and display of cultural and creative industry, but also provides a series of services for it with resources and information included.In recent years, the economy of Suzhou develops rapidly with its GDP topping the list. However, compared to the cultural and creative industry in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and such cities, the development of such industry in Suzhou lays behind, so does the establishment of Cultural and Creative Industry Parks. The process of establishment lacks scientific programming and industry orientation. At the same time, homogeneous competition has emerged. What’s more, the lack of experts in this aspects, the incompleteness of industry as well as service platforms do account. All these lead to the incomplete embodiment of the gathering return of parks.Based on the study in a great deal of materials, firstly, this essay regulates the concepts of cultural industry, creativity industry, cultural creativity industry and cultural and creative industry parks. The study takes the fundamental theories in this aspect and the development at home and abroad. Secondly, the essay describes the development of cultural and creative industry in Suzhou with much statistic included.
