The Study On Suiyuan Campaign And The Movement Of Aiding Suiyuan

From 1931 Mukden Incident to Anti-Japanese War broke out, The Japanese Kwantung Army Gradually invaded the north of China and the west of Inner Mongolia。In the process invading western Inner Mongolia, Japan used the National Government and the Mongolian nation’s Contradictions, actively roping local Mongolian top for its target to get Inner Mongolia creating condition。According to historical data of Suiyuan Campaign and the Movement of Aiding Suiyuan, international and domestic situation before Suiyuan campaign broke out which is well analysed in this paper. Compared to the previous studies, this paper emphasize the aspect of Japan’s invading purpose, customs between China and Japan, the policy of Mongolia by the National Government. From mid-November to mid-December in 1936, Fu Zuoyi won the Suiyuan Campaign after Honggeertu battle in east and north of Suiyuan province, Bailing Temple battle, Xilamulun Temple battle. His army defeat Japanese puppet army. During Suiyuan Campaign, lots of aiding movements were developed for Suiyuan by government circles, educational circles, working class and women groups. Which including’One day aiding Suiyuan movement’, donation, gathering, expressing sympathy to frontline, publishing circular telegram, organizing ambulance corps and so on. The victory of Suiyuan Campaign and Aiding Suiyuan Movement arouse Chinese nationality, which gived National Government so much confidence of winning the war, cracked down the arrogance of Japanese puppet.
