With the increasing number of chinese emigrants, Chinese culture and Chinese literature spread to Indonesia. Initially Chinese literature spread in Indonesia as oral literature, and then gradually developed into a large number of publication of Chinese classical literature and Chinese martial arts, which is translated by low-Malay.
