With the deepening of globalization and the rapid economic and social development of China, some domestic enterprises go global to participate in competition of the international market; nevertheless, the language barrier has become the biggest challenge. So it becomes more important for the translation of business English, and higher demand of the quality of the translation has been proposed. CBRE Report is a professional comprehensive assessment report of a real estate project in New Jersey, USA.This report, based on the translation of CBRE Report, is to conduct a detailed analysis and summarize the translation process through full description, in the hope of providing references for future practice.This translation practice report consists of four parts, namely the translation task description, process description, case analyses and conclusion. The first part presents the information of the translation task, in which its background information, category, features and content are introduced. The second is the summary of the translation process, including preparation before translation, difficulties encountered in the first draft and matters after translation. The third part, which is the main section of this paper, analyzes the difficulties during the translation process and the translation strategies at the lexical and syntactic levels. The last chapter is the conclusion of the benefits and experience gained from the translation practice as well as the summary of problems.
