Introduce The Relationship Between Zhao Shuli’s Novels And Shang Dang Bang Zi

Throughout the Modern Literature, Shuli Zhao deserves a place as his literature brought a new ethos to the literature world during that time. In special period, Zhao has also been given a new symbol because of his initiation of ‘Storytelling body’ for modern and contemporary literature, which brought the pure oral language of Chinese farmers to his articles. His literatures provided new literary form to the farmers and promoted the development of literary in liberated area at the same time.Since ancient times, we can find out the Chinese folk arts adapted from literary. There is an indivisible link between literary and folk arts all along the history. This paper tries to reveal the connection between the creation of Zhao and the folk arts in east-south Shan Xi province, through the relation between Shang Dang Bang Zi and novels, in order to explore the new features of his literatures.On the one hand, to study the connection between Zhao’s literatures and Shang Dang Bang Zi is an extension of Zhao’s literature study. More importantly, the formed style features of Zhao’s literatures were bonded with local customs, ideology and social system of liberated area. Hence, the special regional culture made the literatures success. Attention should be drawn by researchers for the narrative structure of the novels, especially the reference to Shang Dang Bang Zi of east-south Shan Xi.There is no doubt about the contribution Zhao made to the literature. He practiced “the popular” aesthetic pursue and he was the true spokesperson of farmers. However, over-use opera relics and holding position of farmers lead his novels far from the readers’ horizons. In this paper, using the model of Zhao’s novel and Shang Dang Bang Zi as a breakthrough, to research how it influenced Zhao’s novel by deep study of the novels and Shang Dang Bang Zi.
