The Study On Cultural And Creative Industry Environmental Analysis And Evaluation Of Its Regional Financing

Cultural and creative industry is new and emerging and need for a lot ofmoney quickly and advance in it. Its financing environment have specialrequirements and laws. From the availability of the data,the article constructescultural and creative industry environment evaluation system of regionalfinancing for the development of China’s current stage.The article studies eight cities in the current situation of cultural creativeindustry based on cultural and creative industry environment evaluationsystem of regional financing,and then studies Chinese financing environmentof the regional cultural and creative industry and identify regional financing ofurban culture and creative industry environmental problems and developmentgap. Finally, bring forward some recommendations on improving the regionalfinancing environment of this industry.The relationship of cultural and creative industry development andregional finance theory is the basic theory of this paper, it can be divided intotwo parts. First, the cultural and creative industry to form and develop theregional financing market need to rely on the growth of the economy itself.Onlywhen the average income and wealth of cultural and creative industryenterprises in the region reach certain "threshold" that the cost of financing,financing market can provide effective capital services, thus contributing to thefurther development of the industry. Secondly, when the market onceestablished, it will work with the growth of regional cultural and creativeindustry to promote the formation of a mutual interaction between them and theindustry will be able to run on a higher level.Based on the above theoreticalanalysis, from the cultural and creative industry needs of finance capital andthe supply of capital providing to cultural and creative industry，the paperestablishes regional funding of environmental evaluation system.Through using of the evaluation system of regional financing，Paper analyzes eight typical cities of China’s cultural and creative industry.Theresults show cultural and creative industry of financing environment in eightcities presents three distinct patterns,.At the first level is Beijing and Shanghai,China’s two economic centers of north and south.In the second stage isHangzhou, Wuhan and Nanjing.The last one is the north of Tianjin, Dalianand west of Chongqing. The pattern of distribution shows the South strong-North weak (except Beijing), East strong-West weak. Then, from theparticular to the general, the article analyses the present status of regionalfinancing of cultural and creative industry and the existence of pervasiveproblems.At the end,the paper concludes policy recommendations onimproving the financing of environment.
