Research On The Evaluation System And Countermeasures Of Cultural Creative Industry Development In Heilongjiang Province

As one of the sun rising industries, the culture and creative industry is considered as the soft power for the development of a country or a region .In recent years, it has gained the unprecedented development, and gradually become the new point of economic growth and one of the pillars for the national economic development. The culture and creative industry is increasingly important at the national and urban development. Compared to the cultural and creative industry in developed countries, the culture and creative industry in our country is still at the early stage. Thus, the research and the comprehensive evaluation against the cultural and creative industry in Heilongjiang province can benefit the development of Heilongjiang province's cultural creative industry and take the advantages of variety resources in Heilongjiang province since there is a great gap between the development of cultural creative industry in developed cities such as Beijing and Shanghai and the development in Heilongjiang province. In this dissertation, the current performance of cultural creative industry in Heilongjiang province is examed first, then the comprehensive evaluation is made against the development of cultural creative industry in Heilongjiang province and at last the corresponding countermeasures of the development of culture creative industry in Heilongjiang province are proposed.In this dissertation the development of cultural creative industry in Heilongjiang province is studied based on the study of theories both from abroad and domestic. At first, the relevant literatures and references about the cultural creative industry is examed home and abroad and the current researches on cultural creative industry is summarized. Then it focuses on the performance of cultural and creative industry in Heilongjiang province as well as analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for the development of cultural and creative industry in Heilongjiang province. Based on the previous theories of evaluation system of cultural and creative industry, it constructs comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate the performance of cultural creative industry in Heilongjiang province by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, it proposes countermeasures and strategies to improve the development of cultural creative industries in Heilongjiang Province on the basis of the result from fussy evaluation.
