Today, the research of the cultural points in materials are increasing,but at present theresearch of the cultural points in intermediate writing textbooks is not published. This articleselects2006edition of the <<The developing Chinese-Intermediate Writing Course (upper andlower)>>,2012edition of the <<The developing Chinese-Intermediate Writing Course (I,II)>>as the research object, try to explore the intermediate TCFL material’s cultural points set.The main objectives of this study are:1.Investigation the demands of the foreign students aboutof the culture points in intermediate writing textbooks.2. At sun Yat-sen university internationalChinese teaching materials culture classification framework (research) on the basis of twomaterials involved in the statistics and analysis of cultural points. To research the related degreeand the repetition of the cultural points in the text content、 the practice activities and writingpractice.3. Comparing students’ demand about the two textbooks. The main research method: thequestionnaire survey method, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, comparative method.Through the concrete data, analysis of teaching material and cultural points of recovery, from theperspective of relevance to the compilation of teaching materials and puts forward somesuggestions...
