For the time being, neither the researches on the basic theoreticalresearch nor the practical experiences are sufficient. Therefore, weshould pose the problems in the teaching of Ancient poetry under thePerspective of TCFL.This thesis comprises five parts; the first part makes a summary ofachievements and shortages in the work of the current teaching andresearch. Which shows the most obvious problem is the theories are overlybroad, but without serving as focused references on those subjects. Thesecond part analysis the great practical significance of the teaching ofancient poetry which is contributes positively to the culture teachingand phonetics teaching. In addition to that, it can also help to developstudents’ interest in learning Chinese. The third part has analyzed thecontent of courses. We should choose the teaching content based on thestudy of poetry both at home and abroad, and the different culturalelements towards different countries should also be treated as materialconsiderations. The forth part comes up with some concrete proposals: weshould pay attention to the precious images and highlight the melody ofverse, we can also learn from the experiences we have had in classroom teaching. At last, this paper illustrates the thought and teachingmethods by a lesson plan.Given all that, the theory of this paper’s research united withpractice, and can solve specific problems.
