A Report On The Translation Of First Report To Creditors And Shareholders Of Am Bow Education Holding Ltd

This is a translation report of First Report to Creditors and Shareholders of AmbowEducation Holding Ltd. After receiving the Winding Up Petition from GL Asia Mauritius IICayman Limited which is the shareholder of Ambow Education Holding Ltd, the Grand Courtof the Cayman Islands issued an order appointing provisional liquidators of the Company anddirected to provide a written report to creditors and shareholders and the Court by September13,2013. And it is this report that is provided to the Court to demonstrate the result of theinvestigation from June7to September13. It lists many figures and cases to illustrate thefinancial affairs of the Company and the progress of the provisional liquidation, and alsointroduces the next steps of the Company.
