“3D street painting" is a new art form. So far, not everyone, however,knows about it throughout the world, nor in China. When a real3D street paintingappears in front of the viewer, the painting makes you feel you were actually there andhave meaningful afterthoughts.3D street painting can give the viewer a new and visualexperience. Thus people love it very much and praise it a lot.3D street painting was brought into China in2005by Qi Xinghua. But till now,there is rarely study on this kind of art in China, especially from the perspective ofaesthetics. So the paper is trying to discuss the aesthetic thought of the China’s3D streetpainting in the following four aspects:First, it studies the profound meaning of3D street painting, its causes of emergingand its characteristics. Second, it introduces the representatives of the3D street paintingin China and their works. Third, it studies the aesthetic connotation of the3D streetpainting in China. This part is the core of the paper. The cubic effect of the static imagesof China’s3D street painting, the individual character brought by3D painting and theChinese characteristics (Chinese and Western styles combined) in3D painting arediscussed in this part. Fourth, the innovation and prospects of the ground aesthetic artcaused by studying3D street painting in China.If we want3D street painting integrate into the public life completely, we shouldlet it met, known and loved by more people. It needs more involvement and efforts bymore artists.3D painting artists should not only focus on their own aesthetic feelings,but to know more about the aesthetic approaches and requirements of the masses. Thepromotions of different social forces are also needed.
