The Anti-Japanese War has been seen as the criticalperiod of the development of the CPC, all of the policiesmainly to support the front and fight against Japaneseaggression. Most of the soldiers and working women threwthemselves into fighting, producing and rescuing thewounds, attend care their children. Worse the aggressorsimplement “Sanko” policy: Kill, Burn and Steal, andenslaving education in the base. Children related to thefuture of the nation, they are pressing issues of CPC andeven the country. In order to foster national offspring, theCPC propose slogans such as “Attention to the cause ofconservation, rearing offspring of the revolution”,“All forchildren” and so on. They overcome the shortage ofmaterials, develop many guidelines and policies onchildren education, assemble teams of nurses and teachers,found Los Angeles Nurseries and Yan’an Orphanages, andcarry out educational principles of combining care andeducation, dependent children of the revolution. Manychildren of Founding Fathers had been grown in thenurseries. At the same time, the CPC promote the establishment of National Association for Refugee Childrenassociated with other parties and independents, whichrescued and refugee children of soldiers and martyrs, thennurse and educate them. Whether in battlefront or rear, youcould find the CPC’s working for children. In the past,protective educational cause or Women’s Organization andchildren had been researched in academic circles but theywere focused on the National Association for RefugeeChildren in the Kuomintang-controlled areas or an Nurseryof Shanganning border region, lack the macro research onCPC’s education of children. This article through complexresearch on the CPC’s working for children during theAnti-Japanese War, contrast the Shanganning border regionand Kuomintang-controlled areas, restitute the generalpicture on protective educational cause of this time, anddepict the revolution burden on children’s shoulders,complex their naivety and the brutal war indicate thesignificance for the country founding.This article includes introduction, main text andconclusion. Introduction summarizes the reason and thesignificance of topic selection, relevant literature review athome and abroad, the paper’s difficulty and the innovationpoint, introduce the thesis research methods, and researchideas. The main text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter defines the concept, introduce thestart of production education cause, which includes theorigin and exacerbation of child rearing ideas, the proposed process and practice of male infertility, and investigate thecause of child rearing, to list systematically relationalpolicies.The second chapter mainly introduces theconservation agencies. Such as the setting of them, theirstarting and development, source of founding, therequirement of enrolling, as well as the various types. Inaddition, there are situations of child care workers, theirresponsibilities and their training course.The third chapter introduces the production educationcause for example to Shanganning border region. Recountthe children’s lives, diet, nutrition, disease prevention etc.This chapter mainly introduces the education of children,the principle of combining care and education, content andmethod of education, the CPC’s working for children inKuomintang-controlled areas and the significance.The fourth chapter is the last part evaluates the works.This chapter summarize the characteristic of changes withthe situation and combining care and education on theworking for children, analyze the inadequate, offerreference for today’s child protection.During theAnti-Japanese War, the CPC’s working for children paidattention to combining care and education, not only assurethe healthy growth in life, but also educate children withcare, these achieved good results. All of these conservationof nation offspring, contribute to the anti-Japanese and thefounding of New China.
