"Xing" is an important proposition in Chinese classical aesthetics andpoetics. In the Wei and Jin Dynasties,"Xing" has been liberated from the shackles ofpolitical science in the Han out into areas of aesthetic and literary. This makes "Xing"be given a richer connotation. Meanwhile, the landscape features gradually into theaesthetic experience among men of letters. Aesthetic subject using "xing" to conduct aseries of activities, including the perception of objects, arouse emotions, writing poetryand appreciation of the arts.This paper is divided into four chapters to explain the role of "Xing" in thelandscape aesthetic and landscape-poetry writing experience of Wei and Jin Dynasties.And the research method of this paper is literature, social history research, literarypsychology and hermeneutics.We believe that the best way to keep a theory live is to put it back to its own age.We attempted to use a specific text as a carrier, to investigate and render the existence ofa state of literary theory. As the beginning, we hope, for study of "Xing" are able to thespecific, detailed study of the transition from the general scope and delineation ofhistoric comb.
