The Research Of ShenZhou Farewell Painting

The research is based on Shen Zhou’s Farewell paintings,which subject is trying to explore manifestations about unique emotions in the communication process of Chinese literati.Due to the traditional culture of literatus’parting,there are many Farewell paintings drawn by Shen Zhou and he used four patterns to paint which are depending on different considerations,for example,the object or reason of the parting.In the course of the research,I attempted to analyze the different modes of motion expressions through Shen Zhou’s gathering,interviewing and living,and dig the story of the friendship between Shen Zhou and literatus that contained in the paintings by discussing the origin and sorting out the Farewell paintings.The essay also talked about the mid-Ming painting style of Wu Men School which affected by Shen Zhou after judging the value and the position of his Farewell paintings.
