| This thesis focuses on analysis of Korean pronouns, and compared to Chinese pronouns. We divided Korean pronouns with personal pronouns, demonstrative pronouns, reflexive pronouns, indefinite pronouns, to describe various types of Korean pronouns respectively, mainly including phonetic and grammatical features, on which occasions use, what meanings, evolution process and the comparison of each type of pronouns in Korean and Chinese. The main contents are as follows:Chapter one, the first three sections discuss research purpose, research methods and the current state of the research, the fourth section investigates Korean origin pronouns concepts, and introduces several Korean grammar scholars’view for the pronoun.The second chapter, a detailed analysis of personal pronouns.The first three quarters of the personal pronoun are divided into first person pronouns, second person pronouns, third person pronouns, to elaborate what it contains respectively. The fourth section discusses the problems of alternative personal pronouns. This chapter focuseson Korean plural form of personal pronouns and polite style, and compare with the personal pronouns in Chinese.Chapter three discusses demonstrative pronouns with detailed instructions. The first section of demonstrative pronouns are divided into proximal demonstratives, medial demonstratives, distal demonstratives to analysis, including compound pronouns. Section two discusses some problems concerning demonstrative pronouns, including color variations and plural pronoun form instructions, as well as the ascription problem of the pronoun and the system problem of the designation pronoun etc. in Korean grammar.The fourth chapter, emphatically discusses all kinds of reflexive pronoun. This chapter studies some problems about reflexive pronoun. That is, the usage of pronouns, the plural forms, ascription problem etc.The fifth chapter, the analysis for indefinite pronouns. This chapter discusses someproblems about the indefinite pronouns. For example, the characteristics of the indefinite pronoun used in the interrogative sentence, place holder function, problems of ascription and the period that indefinite function are derived from interrogative function etc.In the conclusion part, we firstly describes the Korean and Chinese pronoun correspondence problems and the phenomenon of the ellipsis of subject and object in Korean. Finally, summary and compare for all kinds of Korean and Chinese pronouns, and summarize the characteristics of different personal pronouns in Korean and Chine-se pronouns. |
