Research On Rural Cultural Construction In Poor Areas

Cultural construction in rural poor areas in Chuxiong Yi nationality Autonomous Prefecture, is an important part of rural culture in Yunnan Province, but also an important part of Chinese socialist cultural construction in rural areas. Cultural construction in rural areas is not only the key of but also an important support for building a moderately prosperous society. For a long time, compared with that in urban areas, cultural construction in rural areas, especially in poor rural areas, is lagging behind. In these rural areas in Chuxiong, where the economy and culture are backward, only with a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the achievements, problems and shortcomings in the local cultural constrution, can the advantages and the potential provide support for the construction of rural culture. While adhering to the guiding ideology of the cultural construction of China, we should follow laws and principles of rural cultural construction; we should use, adjust and plan existing resources; we should maximize all efforts conducive to stimulate potential cultural development in rural areas; we should continue to promote the great development and prosperity of the rural cultural construction in poor areas in Chuxiong.This paper is divided into five parts in research of the rural cultural construction in poor areas in Chuxiong.The first part is the introduction. It introduces research background and significance of the rural culture construction research in Chuxiong, research status at home and abroad, research methods and possible innovations and shortcomings; it defines the related concepts, and gives the theoretical basis for the cultural construction as well. By analyzing and reorganizing the existing materials, I find the writing direction and feasibility for the paper so that to provide guidance for the following parts.In the second part Ⅰ successively analysis the significance of rural cultural construction in poor areas from different levels. At first I discuss the need to establish the moderately prosperous society and the need to realize the socialist modernization; second I discuss the key point in new rural constrution; finally, combining the reality in new rural construction in the poor areas of Chuxiong Prefecture, I respectively elaborate the rural cultural construction from the economic, political, cultural, social and ecological aspects. I discuss the significance of rural cultural construction in Chuxiong poor area from macrosystem to microsystem.In the third part, I comprehensively introduce the current situation and causes of rural cultural construction status in Chuxiong poverty-stricken areas. Three main aspects are discussed: the achievements in recent years, the current outstanding problems and the further analysis to the causes of the problems. In this part, I analysis the real culture situation in poverty-stricken areas of Chuxiong, the problems and shortcomings and analysis of the problems, so as to provide the basis and reference for the next part to make development strategy.The fourth part includes the guiding ideology and principles for the cultural construction in poor areas. The basic principles of Marxism, which we must always adhere to and follow in the process of rural cultural construction, is the direction of cultural development in rural areas, correctness and theoretical guarantee for the final victory. In this section, I restate the coprehension of the former two parts, make a summary, and also lead in to the final part.The fifth part is the core of the full text. From aspects of capital,_education, team building, management, combined with market mechanisms and innovation of traditional cultural heritage, I suggest specific approach for cultural construction in Chuxiong poor rural areas, and provide a reference for the actual construction.
