Research On The Construction Of Shanxi Rural Culture In The New Era

In the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping pointed out:“Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture's prosperity make the country strong and strong culture has strong nationalities.” In the current era,culture is an important source of national development and creativity,and is the important factors for advancing modernization and improving the people's quality.After 40 years' development of reform and opening-up,with Chinese characteristics socialism has entered a new era,and major social contradiction in our country have changed,the main contradiction at this stage is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.However,we are also soberly aware that the biggest unbalance is the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,and the most inadequate development is rural and agriculture.Studying its root causes,peasants' low ideological and cultural qualities and the lagging of rural cultural construction are the major bottlenecks that restrict the development of agriculture,rural and peasants.China as a great agricultural country,the key of modernization is the agriculture modernization,and agricultural modernization depends on the modernization of farmers' ideology and culture.Therefore,in the new era of fully establishing a well-off society and completely building socialist modernized nation,improving the ideological and cultural quality of peasants and strengthening cultural construction in rural areas is even more critical and important,this is a major issue that we must pay attention in our economic and social development.This article takes 10 rural villages in Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province as the main research object.After field visits,investigations and inspections,the authors conducted a careful study of the rural cultural construction in Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province.The first part,outlines the basic theory of rural construction culture.Itmainly summarizes the theory from three aspects: the meaning and function of culture,the cultural construction thought of classical Marxist writers,and the cultural construction thought of the Chinese Communists.The second part,summarizes the development status and main problems of the rural cultural construction in Jinzhong City.At present,the main problems in the rural cultural construction in Jinzhong City are: the slow development of rural cultural undertakings and the lagging behind in construction;the rural cultural construction management system is not smooth;and the daily cultural life forms of farmers are monotonous and low-level.The third part,analyzes the reasons of the main problems in the rural cultural construction of Jinzhong City.First,rural economic development is relatively backward;Second,some government's grassroots cadres do not pay attention;Third,the atmosphere of social and cultural development is not strong;Fourth,peasants' participation in cultural construction is low.The fourth part,strengthen the ways of rural cultural construction in Jinzhong City.Strengthening rural cultural construction is a systematic project that requires long-term efforts and construction.The first is to vigorously implement the rural revitalizing strategy and provide strong support for cultural construction.The second is to adhere to the path of Chinese characteristics socialist cultural development,and lead the direction of rural cultural construction.The third is to strengthen government functions and increase cultural supply.Fourth is to strengthen the the construction of rural cultural talents,provides team support.
