In the era of knowledge-based economy, talent people has become the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, but with the over-speeding development of economy, theshortage of talent people becomes a common problem that most organizations face. Manyenterprises chose to carry out kinds of trainings; they think it will be a good way to solvethis problem. Training is a common way of learning in the organization, and the enterpriseprovides the training for its staffs to study essential knowledge and skills, in order to meetthe developing needs of the organization. The ultimate goal of enterprise’s training isimproving employees’ skills, improving the staff’s behavior, and enhancing both theemployee and the organization performance. But the reality shows that most of the staffcan’t transfer the training to the work, training effectiveness is not good. So-called trainingtransfer, is refers to the trainees’ exercising those knowledge/skills in the actual work, keepit for a period of time. The goal of studying training transfer is to find key factors to trainingtransfer, and to make intervention measures for enterprise, so as to improve the trainingeffectiveness. Personal characteristics of the trainee has been regarded as one of the keyfactors that affect training transfer, it well explains the training effect vary from person toperson. Studying the affect on personal characteristics to training transfer will be animportant subject, and it will be the key to improve the training effect.Based on reading the literature about the training transfer, we consider from the factorof personal characteristics, and do some research on the influence among the two importantcontent-personality trait and psychological contract-with training transfer. First we putforward a theoretical assumption among personality trait, psychological contract andtraining transfer, dazing and extend relevant questionnaires’, using the SPSS17.0andAMOS17.0to analysis the data. Finally we conclude a relationship among personality trait,psychological contract and training transfer through the structural equation model. Theresults showed that:(1) the personality trait–extraversion, neuroticism, agreeableness,conscientiousness, openness-plays a significant role in training transfer;(2) in thepsychological contract, relational contract plays an important role in training transfer, buttransactional contract is not find significant effects with training transfer;(3) the personalitytrait have significant influence on the formation of psychological contract, neuroticism tendto form the transactional contract, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness tend to form a relational contract;(4) the relationship between personality trait andtraining transfer is subject to the influence of psychological contract. Finally the article putsforward some suggestions for training from the perspective of enterprise, we hope when wepay attention to that factors of personal characteristics, this article can do some help forenterprise in improving their training transfer, and eventually will enhance the effectivenessof training.
