Previous studies pay more attention to the structure of psychological contract, psychological contract violation, etc., few studies of psychological contract and the relationship between personality traits and more rare the relationship of psychological contract research and self-perceived physical attractiveness. In addition, previous studies on the self-perception of physical attractiveness, mostly in the Western cultural background, research in this china need to add. This paper aims to explore the relationship of self-perceived physical attractiveness, personality traits and psychological contract, as well as how personality traits affect the relationship between self-perceived physical attractiveness and psychological contract. To provide the theoretical basis for the inspiration of employees and the business managementAfter reading large number of documents, conducted a questionnaire survey for the insurance sales in Shandong Province, a total of 240 insurance sales involved. We using SPSS20.0 confirmatory factor analysis, T test and multivariate analysis of variance and correlation test and regression multilayer. Investigate self-perceived physical attractiveness and personality traits, personality traits and psychological contract, the relationship between self-perceived physical attractiveness and psychological contract, as well as regulation of personality traits.The main conclusions are:(1) Demographic variables have a significant effect on the self-perception of physical attractiveness, personality traits, psychological contract;(2) Self-perceived physical attractiveness and adaptability correlate significantly positively, and sociability, openness, altruism, morality correlate significantly negatively.(3) Personality traits and psychological contract correlate significantly positively; Normative responsibility,interpersonal type,developmental, organizational responsibility of employees significantly positively correlate with adaptability; Sociability and organization responsibility correlate significantly positively; Altruism and morality correlate significantly positively,but correlate significantly negatively with employees’ s interpersonal type, developmental and employees responsibility.(4) Self-perceived physical attractiveness has a significant impact on the psychological contract;(5) The personality traits are not moderator of the relationship between self-perceived physical attractiveness and psychological contract.The present study was to analyze the relationship between self-perceived physical attractiveness, personality traits, psychological contract between, and the role of personality traits on relationship between self-perceived attractivess and psychological contract, to add the domestic research on self-perception of physical attractiveness. According to the results of this study we suggested insurance companies use self-perceived attractivess and personality traits when hiring employees, to provide comprehensive training system for the insurance sales staff, when the level of education insurance sales staff or job type change, pay more attention to their psychological contract changes and enhance communication and feedback, so that insurance sales staff can maintain good psychological contract, reduce the demission rate and promote the company’s development.
