In HRM area, the problem of personality matching job has been paying more attention. A lot of groups begin to use personality assessment to improve the efficiency of recruitment. Personality is thinking pattern which is unique and static. Personality can distinguish someone from others. It also can help to forecast behavioral reaction. Employee will have his own working style when enter into group with his static personality. A lot of researches prove that personality can influence job, such as job performance or satisfaction. Based on the analysis of job traits and abstract the main job trait dimension, carrying on a behavior description to the work characteristic, the article constructs this personality model.We study the personality traits of experiential trainers by descriptive statistics. The data analysis supports the validity of the job traits personality model. The study can give some advice for recruitment of experiential trainers. We foud: (1) Job traits personality model can distinguish personality traits of experiential trainers. Experiential trainers have their specific personality traits in Eysenck's "Big Three" personality characteristic, the S-N and J-P characteristic dimension of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and social interaction incline to personality characteristic, which means that those jobs prefer specific way to accomplish tasks. A lot of persons with matching personality traits will be attracted. (2) There is a level of significant correlation between experiential trainers' personality traits and job performanc. (3)From regression analysis, we foud that different personalities have different level of predictability for job performance and job satisfaction. It proves the empirical validity of job traits personality model. It will improve the efficiency in HRM if we pay attention to the personality which may predict performance in some level.
