As regards to the condition, the research use the Purpose in Life Test, MultipleHappiness Questionnaire and Subjective well-being scale on the premise that thedocuments have been reviewed, investigation514high students meaning andhappiness of life, and make conclusions. As follows:1. The level of high school students’ meaning of life is low, the goals of life is notclear, The existence of life’s value is not full, the happiness feeling is rare.2. There is no notable divergence between the students’ different sexual distinction,regions and if the only child or not. Grade1students’ level in meaning of life isnotably higher than the other2grade, the students whose parent are democratic isnotably higher than the students whose parent are democratic is notably higher thanthe students from doting and stern family.3. The meaning of life and subjective happiness is related notably, and is positivelyrelated correlated with the degree of the life satisfaction, positive emotion and theindex of happiness, the meaning of life is negatively correlated with negative emotion.The research use the regression analysis to get the students’ feel and goal of life. Thescores they get in PIL can notably forecast the score of subjective happiness.Mental health education is a good way to improve the condition of high schoolstudents’ meaning of life, it can be launched in such methods as follows:1. Promote the teachers’ meaning of life, diversify the way lessons given in schooleducation.2.use the suitable way to foster, build a harmonious home atmosphere.3. Reform the curriculum of life education, pay attention to the meaning of lifeeducation.4.adjust psychological condition by students themselves, set up right beliefin life.
