Facing of the upcoming college entrance examination, senior three students areunder great pressure. Researching on psychological resilience and learning burnout ofsenior three students contribute to the healthy growth of senior three students. In thispaper, using convenient sampling method, the research surved509senior threestudents in W city,Zhejiang Province,used "Students Learning BurnoutQuestionnaire"" Adolescent psychological resilience scale" and " self-designedquestionnaire ",data processing and analysis by SPSS17.0.Results show that:(1) senior three students’ learning burnout scores is2.84,somewhat,lower than the average score of3points. There is a certain degree of thephenomenon of learning burnout in senior three students. Senior three students’learning burnout total scores are significant different in class types, whether thestudent cadre, academic record.(2) Senior three students’ psychological resiliencescores is3.28, higher than the average score of3points. Students are in a goodcondition. Senior three students’ psychological resilience total scores are significantdifferent in class types, whether the student cadre, academic record, whether livingwith my parents.(3)Different psychological resilience level has significant differencesof learning burnout.The higher psychological resilience level the higher learningburnout, show the significant negative correlation.Senior three students’ learningburnout and its dimensions is approximately significant negative correlation withpsychological resilience and its dimensions. Affect control, goal planning, familysupport s exert a significant forecast to the learning burnout.Based on the survey, in oder to reduce the learning burnout level of senior threestudents, this study proposes the following suggestions:(1) Strengthen appropriatelysenior three students physical exercise;(2) Improve senior three students’ cognitivelevel;(3) Build good social support system. |
