Interpersonal stress as a result of that disorder of internal or self and environment in the process of interpersonal for individual,it is a state of mind when individuals think interpersonal environment requirements more than their own,or that their needs are threatened,self value has not been achieved.College students under high interpersonal stress and have serious influence on their study life,And previous studies had not the related research about the effect of interpersonal stress about college students on the learning burnout.Based on this,this article discusses the affect of interpersonal stress for college students'learning burnout and the role of resilience in it.This study were measured of 639 college students by Interpersonal Stress Scale of College Students,Learning Burnout Scale Of College Students and Resilience Scale and analysis by SPSS21.0 Chinese version and Amos21.0 Chinese version.First of all,Discusses the overall situation of college students' interpersonal stress,learning burnout and resilience;secondly,analyses the relations between interpersonal stress,learning burnout and resilience of college students;Then further analysis the impact of college students' interpersonal stress and resilience on their learning burnout;Finally discuss the role of resilience in the relation that between college students' interpersonal stress and learning burnout.In order to provide some help for intervention and control of college students' interpersonal stress effect on the learning burnout.This study have the following conclusions:1.The interpersonal stress of college students at a medium level,the dimension of interpersonal setback stress at a higher level,and the dimension of interpersonal constraints stress at a lower level;The learning burnout of college students at a below average level,the dimension of misconduct at a higher level,and the dimension of depressed at a lower level;The resilience of college students above the average level,the three dimension score were similar,both in the average level.2.The interpersonal stress of college students and its various dimensions exist significant gender differences,the average score of female students is significantly higher than the male students,it's means that the females under higher stress than the males;The average score of female students is significantly higher than the male students of the low accomplishment dimension about the learning burnout,it's means that the females get lower accomplishment in learning than the males;There are significant gender differences at the toughness dimension and self-improvement dimension of the resilience,the males have more toughness and self-improvement than the females in learning performance.The interpersonal stress of college students and its three dimensions that interpersonal constraints,interpersonal conflict stress and interpersonal frustration stress exist significant grade differences,the time that feel most stressful interpersonal is sophomore;There is a significant grade differences of the low accomplishment dimension about the learning burnout,the lowest score appear in the freshman year;there is no significant grade differences about the resilience.The interpersonal stress and its each dimension,learning burnout and its each dimension,resilience and its various dimensions about college students not only have no significant regional differences,but also have no significant one-child differences.3.There are significantly correlated of interpersonal stress and its each dimension and learning burnout and its each dimension about college students;Interpersonal stress and its dimension significantly associated with resilience and its all dimensions;Resilience and its each dimension significantly associated with learning burnout and its each dimension.4.The interpersonal stress and resilience of college students have certain prediction effect for the learning burnout.5.The resilience of college students play a partial intermediary role between interpersonal stress and learning burnout.
